Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between your business and MuDex for using MuDex. Please read them; by creating an account or using MuDex, you accept them.
1. Who we are
MuDex is a sole proprietorship owned by Dhruv Rajesh Hundia, with its principal place of business at 1st Floor, Samruddhi Residency, Opp. Sarovar Complex, Nr. Girish Cold Drink Cross Road, Off C.G. Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009, India (“MuDex”, “we”, “us”). MuDex provides the website mudex.in and the application at app.mudex.in (the “Service”).
2. Who can use MuDex
- MuDex is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and have the authority to accept these terms for the business you register.
- Every new registration is reviewed by MuDex before it goes live. We may approve or decline a registration, and we will tell you if we decline.
- You are responsible for your account and for what your team does in it: keep sign-in details safe, give people only the access they need, and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- After approval, you choose Trading, Inventory or both. Each starts with a 14-day free trial; no card is needed.
- After the trial, a product continues only on a paid plan. Current prices are shown on mudex.in (Trading ₹999 a month; Inventory on request). Prices are exclusive of GST, which will be added where applicable.
- You pay in advance for each billing period. If a payment is not made, access continues for a short grace period and then stops until it is paid; your data is kept.
- You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the change applies from your next billing period.
4. Rates and paper trading — not advice, not a broker
- Trades on MuDex are paper trades: records you keep for tracking positions and profit and loss. MuDex does not place, route or execute orders, and does not hold money or metal for anyone.
- Rates, charts, costing, spreads and alerts are provided for information. They come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check prices with your own sources before acting on them.
- Nothing on MuDex is investment, trading, tax or legal advice. MuDex is not a stock broker or investment adviser. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them.
5. KYC
- You are responsible for the KYC you collect on MuDex: that it is accurate, that you have a lawful reason to collect it, and that you have the party’s consent where needed.
- “Verified by MuDex” means a company’s documents were checked against MuDex’s checklist at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of the company’s identity, standing, creditworthiness or future conduct, and it does not replace your own checks under the laws that apply to you.
- A company’s KYC is shared with another business only when that company approves, and it can withdraw the share.
6. Your data
- Your data stays yours. You allow MuDex to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our privacy policy.
- You can export or delete your data, or close your account, at any time — ask us if the app doesn’t let you do it yourself.
- MuDex staff may open your data only to approve registrations, verify KYC, and help you when you ask; this is logged.
7. Fair use
You must not:
- use MuDex for anything unlawful, including fraud or money laundering, or to collect anyone’s data without a lawful reason;
- upload documents you are not entitled to, or false information;
- try to access other businesses’ data, break or overload the Service, or copy or resell it;
- share your sign-in with people who are not on your team.
If you do, we may put your account on hold or close it. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you the chance to fix it.
8. The Service
- We work to keep MuDex available and accurate, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve, change or retire features; we will give notice of major changes.
- MuDex, its software, design and content belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the Service, not to own it.
9. Liability
- To the extent the law allows, MuDex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or trading losses, or for decisions you make based on rates, trades, KYC status or other information in the Service.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid MuDex in the three months before the claim arose.
- You will make good any loss MuDex suffers because you broke these terms or the law, or uploaded information you were not entitled to.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using MuDex and close your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms. When it ends, you can ask for your data within 30 days; after that we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before the change. If you keep using MuDex after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of MuDex.
